Collage of hand-coated cyanotype prints on watercolor paper (300 gsm), watercolor, and stitching
What stories would your family’s bones tell?
This collage is built from my family’s internal images, X-rays that record injury, repair, and endurance. Our bodies quietly carry the histories of the lives we live: the falls, the breaks, the healing. Printed in cyanotype blue and stitched together by hand, the pieces form a portrait of my family.
It is the most intimate series I have made, and a reminder that vulnerability and resilience are shared by all of us.
